As we look forward to the last few months of 2021 and the upcoming year, we would like to take this opportunity to outline our cancellation and booking policies.
We have always made it a priority to accommodate our patients in the best way we can, including — but not limited to — generous cancellation policies that account for the fact that “life happens”, and sometimes plans change outside of our control. With that said, as the providers’ availability is limited, we kindly ask for 48 hours of notice for cancellations or rescheduling, as this allows us to offer those openings in the schedules to another patient.
Hence, as per our policy, late cancellations (with less than 48 hours of notice) and no-shows may result in a late cancellation fee, which is based on the length of the appointment, for example:
- A $50 fee will be applied for late cancellations/no-shows of appointments that are 30 minutes or less.
- A $75 fee will be applied for late cancellations/no-shows of appointments that are 60 minutes or more.
For certain treatments, deposits taken can be transferred to secure another date if an appointment is rescheduled, however, late cancellation fees will apply to appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours of notice.
